According to WTVR 6 News, Patches, the cat that used to be fat, is no longer overweight after reaching a new weight loss milestone. When Patches was adopted from Richmond Animal Care and Control in April 2023, he weighed 42 pounds. The feline spent 12 weeks at a plateau weighing in at 23 pounds.
