RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – You’ve heard of a Christmas miracle, but what about a Halloween one?. After thousands of dollars worth of pumpkins and decor were stolen from Levi’s Pumpkins in the middle of the night on Oct. 19, farm owner Tammy Clarke never thought she would see the items again.
