Plenty Unlimited Inc. “voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas in accordance with its Board-approved plan to restructure its liabilities, streamline operations and focus its go-forward operations,” according to a press release.
