Indoor farming operator in Chesterfield files for bankruptcy

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – The operator of the “world’s largest indoor vertical farming campus” in Chesterfield County has filed for bankruptcy. Plenty Unlimited Inc. “voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas in accordance with its Board-approved plan to restructure its liabilities, streamline operations and focus its go-forward operations,” according to a press release.
